Line Kruse (Denmark). A resident of France for a few years now, Line Kruse has more than one string to her violin and rubs shoulders with all cultures: jazz, Latino, salsa, tango and Argentine folklore. With the group Gotan Project, she is appearing at the moment at the leading international venues such as Royal Festival Hall or the Montreux Jazz Festival. She tours and records with artists such as Minino Garay, J.F. Béranger, Bob Sinclair, DJ Schazz... Today, she brings together four fantastic musicians from the four corners of the world and plays her own music, passionate, headstrong and determined as never before. With the album Warm Waves, the lovely mermaid’s quintet offers us a fine escapade in the warm winds of Latin rhythms and those lands familiar with jazz.
